Fee structure
Our fee structure is designed to ensure that the services offered are completely covered by the administration fee provided by the government, and in most cases there's plenty left over to top up your operational funding. This ensures that every possible dollar of route funding finds its way into your school community. In comparison to other providers we're confident that you'll find our prices very competitive indeed.

Review analysis - Does it seem like each time your routes are reviewed you end up receiving less funding than the last time? Booking a review analysis with SSTS will give you the confidence that your routes have been designed correctly and, if not, you'll have the information you need to state your case to your Service Agent.
Transport Light - Transport Light ensures that your school community meets the fundamental requirement to manage a tendering process at arm's length. We can also assist with the preparation of an agreement between the member schools of your network.
Transport Plus - Covered by the ministry's administration fee, Transport Plus is designed to ensure that your transport network runs as smoothly as possible with the minimum amount of effort on the part of your school community. We'll monitor the performance of your bus operator and sort out the new compliance requirements imposed on your school by the Ministry. We'll also negotiate improvements to your bus service and ensure that your bus operator is meeting all of their requirements. In addition to the services provided through Transport Light, Transport Plus gives you peace of mind that your transport network is working as it should.
Total Transport Management - This SSTS product is the answer for networks wanting the flexibility of directly resourced transport but none of the hassle. As well as the services listed in both of the packages above, we will manage all of your monthly administration requirements including payment processing and the preparation of financial returns, freeing up your time to focus on what you do best - getting excellent outcomes for your students. We'll also review decisions made by the Ministry's service agents to ensure that your school community is getting every dollar it is entitled to. The best part is that this product is also covered by the government's administration fee.
Custom Transport - Having spoken to a great many schools about transport we know that no two schools or networks are the same. Some schools have strengths in financial administration whilst others have staff who know their routes like the back of their hand. Contact SSTS for a chat about where you might need some help and we'll come up with a value-for-money solution that's right for you.
